Urbanismo - What We're About
In the past the city grew according to an organic pattern. “Urban scale” refers to a hierarchy of urban elements and how they organize the city as a whole. What we have lightheartedly chosen to call "urbanismo" grows from our varied interests and backgrounds as architects and historians.
About the Authors
There are two of us who comprise Urbanismo. We have borrowed from English author John Verney our motto: the Latin phrase Integer Surgo Meliore Omine, which translates roughly as "I arise afresh under a better omen."
